We desire to lovingly and patiently hold our church family accountable, making sure that we each possess a genuine, warm, persevering faith.

16 Pay close attention to yourself and to your teaching; persevere in these things, for as you do this you will ensure salvation both for yourself and for those who hear you.

- Husbands/fathers are the pastors of their own home. Ephesians 6:4; 1 Corinthians 14:34-35. We encourage and expect this.
- The pastor(s) and or duly appointed leaders will shepherd your soul through home visits. Each family will also have approximately 3 spiritual interviews each year. In these interviews, each family will give testimony of their love/devotion to Jesus Christ, their ongoing battle with sin, their personal quiet time and family worship, and what ministry God may be calling them into.
- We encourage the men to build an accountability partnership with other men through GODWARD.
